Apr 10, 2005 ![]() Please Check Out: Sentimental Style In this life, optimists always tell you that you are luckier than most people in the world, that there's always a silver lining, a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, a second (or twenty fourth) chance, a destiny, a paradise after a life of fastidious suffering, nilaga pay may tiyaga, rainbow after the rain, lessons from mistakes, beauty in every disaster, something good in every bad, reason in every fatality, pulchritude that is more than skin deep, something generally positive in something ugly. but this is the life that also follows (allows?) the laws of Newton and Murphy, of genes and chromosomes, of Darwin's theory, of different religions and a God who creates laws and ideas of good and bad for everyone, of unrequited love, of cats with nine lives, of lottery winners, of accidents, of serendipity, of every other good (or bad) thing that people get, even though they don't seem to deserve it. i'm seeking out the steadiness to cut a clear line through all these. :) (april 13, 2007) pictures usually taken for posterity. blog entries from random bursts of excessive thought balloons -- http://kristagarcia.blogspot.com *HUGS* TOTAL! give krista more hugs *click this* Get hugs of your own Oct 30, 2009
